I don't really understand. How do I know where the placenta is based on the photo, and also if the photo is the right or left side? I had a transvaginal US and the fetus was ALL the way to the right of the photo. So I guess that means he/she is on the left of my uterus? And the placenta would be there too? I'm so confused!!
