Ladies in their 3rd trimester or BTDT moms?
Im going to my drs tonight for my bi-weekly check-up but I wanted to see if this is normal. I am a commuter, train, subway etc. By the time I get to work I am incredibly crampy, same with the ride home. I make sure to drink water but they are painful cramps. My morning sickness has also returned and I just feel off. I am 33w as of Mon. Getting nervous.

I can't tell you if it's normal bu ti am 29 weeks and if I'm sitting too long at my desk and stand up I cramp really bad!! It goes away after a bit of walking around....I'm sure it's fine since this is happening after a long commute, which I'm assuming you are sitting for....

I get crampy sometimes when I stand to long or sit to long. I try to drink a lot of water:) I would say its pretty normal since the babies head is basically in your vagina at that point, LOL

I am also in my third tri and also a commuter. 2 subways and commuter rail.... I find that I am crampy when I carry my laptop and a lot of heavy things. I have resorted to using my iPad instead of computer, and not carrying extra shoes which helps out with the weight and cramps. Ask the dr what he says.

I am 27weeks and a commuter and this is my third. I was a commuter for second, but not my first. I have already been crampy on some commutes this time. Usually when I sit towards the back of a car and it's a particularly bumpy ride. I've commented that I'm nervous how bad it will be as I get closer to the end, and though I haven't yet, I plan to ask my dr about it.
With my second, I had family driving me the last few weeks to make me more comfortable. However, pretty much without fail, every bumpy commute from maybe 36/37weeks started contractions. I constantly thought labor was starting, but the contractions always stopped a little after I got home.

I commute and had to drink a ridiculous amount of water to keep from feeling like crap, like 2 gallons a day. I was still uncomfortable towards the end, but not terribly cramps once I drank a ton of water. I also found that giving people dirty looks on the subway made it easy for me to get a seat :)

I commuted on train and subway with my first two and the is exactly how I felt everyday especially in my 3rd trimester. This time around I am not commuting and haven't had that feeling at all and I am 31 weeks.

I hit a bump at 32 weeks. It was probably the worst I felt the whole pregnancy. I felt horrible for about 2 weeks - terrified that it would last the rest of the pregnancy. It subsided and when I asked many people hit the same rough patch around the same time. I would definitely ask the doctor though......my symptoms weren't exactly the same as yours.
