E2 Levels
Stimming since Friday night and yesterday at monitoring my E2 was 980..yikes. That is kind of high right for about 5 days of stims. I do have polycystic ovaries but not PCOS.
Please don't quote.

Re: E2 Levels
You started stimming on CD1?
I found this link helpful. http://www.fertilityplus.com/faq/hormonelevels.html
I had an E2 of 900something last month, and when I asked the nurse what normal was she said anything over 100 was good. It should be lower for CD3. I had to skip one month bc my E2 was i think 800 on CD3 and it was because I had cysts left over from another cycle that were producing estrogen and we had to wait for them to go away.

E2 Levels
If I remember correctly, E2 is usually 200-600 for every maturing follicle. Ive heard of +1000 for CD7 and +2000 on CD10. I got worried when mine was high too but I think it's ok with all the follicles, and all the stimming. Best of luck this cycle!!!!!

Re: E2 Levels
My E2 levels were 4000+ by the time I triggered. Luckily, I had a very mild case of OHSS.

same here. my e2 was well over 5000 (if memory serves me correctly it was around 7000) at trigger. i had mild OHSS but still transferred. i have an almost 2 year old DD from that cycle and originally got pregnant with twins but one was blighted ovum. so for me the stat of lower chance of implantation with high e2 was not a factor, but generally that stat is for e2 over 5000 at time of transfer... that being said i wouldnt be so concerned with e2 vs day of stims i would just focus on the follies. if your e2 is 1000 and you have many follies almost at maturity, its fairly normal. if your follies are still at like 12 and youre at 1000 then you are at much higher risk for OHSS and hyperstimulating. PCO/PCOSers (same thing IMO) can stim on the quicker side and are at higher risk for high e2 (i even had it during my injectable TI cycles).
anyway just make sure the dr is keeping an eye on it and make sure you take it easy and drink a lot of electrolytes. good luck!

E2 Levels
Thanks everyone. Sent my RE an email last night. He said E2 is high but they are monitoring me. This morning at monitoring he did my sono. He thinks I will trigger Sunday or Monday (he's hoping for Monday). He said about 30 or so eggs and today they were at 15. He's also changing me from HCG trigger to Lupron.

lupron trigger will help prevent OHSS although its not foolproof by any means. with 30 follies at 15 your e2 isn't outrageous, its just on the higher side. good luck, you should have a good amount of eggs from that!
