The absolute best way I can describe how generally uncomfortable I am right now....
is to say that my clothes hurt.
Literally wearing clothes makes me uncomfortable. My MS has been odd, mostly on and off queasiness all day with bouts of serious, debilitating nausea, but my body is so sensitive and my boobs are so sore that wearing things is uncomfortable.
So, whenever DH asks how I'm feeling my response is either: "it's a good day, my clothes don't hurt" or "it's a bad day, my clothes hurt."

Oh I feel the same way! Half the day I walk around unbuttoned, unzipped and unhooked.

I know in the summer I'm going to be the wicked witch and melt because I get so hot but I just want summer so that I can wear soft cotton maxi dresses that skim my body and don't actually touch me.

It's sad that I think most of us understand exactly what you mean. 
My feet are hot today, I feel like they are in a sauna bc of the boots I'm wearing.

I know the feeling...My pants that I wear to work are so uncomfortable now! My belly is starting to get bigger. I gotta find clothes now that are more comfortable. I so understand what you are going through.

I felt the same way the whole first trimester which is why I went to maternity clothes so early. Try to get a couple of pants and loose fitting tops just to start wearing. I promise, it made me feel SO much better!

Have you started wearing maternity pants yet? The first time I put a pair on I couldn't believe I had waited so long to wear them! I swear I'm going to keep a pair out for large meals and holiday dinners.

I just started wearing maternity pants. I went to buy them this past weekend and OMG!!! I could not believeeeeee how I was still trying to squeeze in my pants. At the beginning you can try getting the belly band it helped me for a while until it started hurting try it and see if it works

My thoughts exactly!!! The other day I mentioned that I might wear maternity pants for the rest of my life so I don't have to worry about my pants being uncomfortable.
