Pet-friendly 2+ bedroom rentals in Long Beach...
Preferably walking distance to the LIRR station. If anyone knows of anything or has any leads please let me know! Thanks!

We lived in the Granada Towers which is on the corner of Riverside Blvd across the street from Waldbaum's.
They are condos often rented out. We had a large 1-bedroom but I believe there are 2-bedroom units.
Also very pet friendly but we needed to pay I think an extra $100 a month + another month in security.
Not on the beach, but I liked that it was still w/in walking distance of the beach, the grocery, the train and restaurants.

I want this type of thing. I don't need to be right on the beach. In fact, I think I'd prefer to be a few blocks away!

Good luck. We used the realtor that's across the street from the building on the opposite corner.
Of course I can't remember their name right now!
(Or you could use one of LIFs real estate ppl).
