What would you wear?
Going to a friend's engagement celebration. Not a full-on party. At a bar/restaurant in the city tonight. Yes, every dress I own is black and white.

I love them both so you cannot go wrong but for some reason #1 says night time party more than the other one to me...

Thanks ladies! I was going to wear the second one until I saw the first in my closet and then I was torn. I'm going to go with #1.
