2 Bedroom Condo for Rent
DH and I are moving into our new home soon and are looking for some renters for our condo. I figured I would post it on LIF since my ideal renters would be a nice couple in a similar situation to us 5 years ago when we bought this place: dating/engaged/married couple looking to rent a nice 2 bedroom possibly looking to start a family soon (or has one child)... Or maybe someone who wants to downsize!
So here's the stats: Open concept main living area consisting of kitchen/dining/den. Kitchen (all new, by us) has all new stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, sink), granite counter tops, beautiful dark hardwood cabinets, washer/dryer, 2 pendant lights over peninsula area (with area for counter height seating for 2). Kitchen and dining area have 16" ceramic tile. Den and hallway have brand new carpeting. Huge den area with new sliding door to patio area. Patio area is 7x11' with slate tiling and privacy wood railing (we are on the second floor). Coat closet when you walk in, huge storage closet with shelves in the hallway to the bed/bath area, and a smaller "linen" closet across from that. The bathroom was redone right before we moved in with a white sink, toilet, and bath/shower. Master bedroom is huge with one wall of custom closeting. We have a 6 piece bedroom set and a desk in there with plenty of room. The second bedroom makes a great guest room/office or nursery (that's what we have now!) with 2 closets. And to top it all off we have the ceiling in the dining/den area paneled in white and crown molding throughout.
This place is our baby. We designed everything and put so much thought and hard work into it.
The condo complex is called Nob Hill and the location is great if you want to be near everything. We are just north of the LIRR and just south of the Smith Haven Mall. It's so close to several food stores and a stones throw from tons of great restaurants (minutes from the Smithtown Village).
The complex itself has a great pool area (reminds me of a hotel) and even a great wadding pool for babies and toddlers. And a nice club house. It's guarded at night (gates open during the day, closed at night with security).

I'm not looking, but am curious as to why you won't rent to anyone with more than one child?
I looked at condos at Knob Hill, and I can tell you that the second bedrooms are small (even in their largest units).
