what is your 1 nap schedule?? 18 months

My girls are ready for 1 nap a day. They are 18 months old tomorrow (15.5 adjusted) They really have not been sleeping for the second nap for a few weeks. Their first nap is usually at 10:30 and they sleep 1.5-2 hours. However, they are so cranky by the evening!!!!! So we need to change things. I thought with day lights savings starting, this was a good time.
What does your schedule look like?

We do one nap around noon for my DD (18 months)

DS is 21 months and goes down between 12:30 and 1.

DS is 19 months. He's down to 1 nap a day, he will go down between 12:30/1:00 and sleep for about an hour and a half.

DS is 19 months. Usually goes down between 12:30-1:30 and is out for 3 hours.

We're in that not so fun transition right now with DD. She was still wanting to go down at 10:30 but then not napping the rest of the day and was a mess by the evening. It's been a few weeks but she's getting better and now will stay up until 11:30 or 12:30 and do a long nap. She's still adjusting and crabby in the evening though! I'm hoping with the hour ahead she'll sleep later and last longer in the evening.

One nap at 12ish. Usually for 2 hrs.
