Breast pain??
I'm 36 weeks and my right breast has been hurting me. More so my nipple but if I even lean on them it's painful. It's been leaking a lot to. They both feel very sore but even the slightest touch hurts. What could this be?

Pregnancy. Haha. One of those things. Getting ready for milk to come in. Some leaking is also normal

I'm 36w and also have this. I bought Lanolin and have been putting it on and it helps tremendously. I also have been squeezing my nipple and it's actually drained some liquid that I think was stuck in there which also relieved some pain. HTH.
