We are doing our basement over post Sandy.....However, someone recc. the faux wood linoleum...We had carpets before, and don't really want to spend the $$$ on tiiles..

Anyone have any experience with linoleum in their basement? Does the dampness have any effect on it? Would it lift? etc.
