Transfer tomorrow!
I'm scheduled to have my 5dt tomorrow and I'm so nervous, excited and anxious! I've got my pineapple ready to go lol any other advice that could help my little embryo(s) stick?
I called today to ask how many embryos I have and they said there hasn't been an update from the embryologist but that the doctor will explain everything to me tomorrow. Is that normal? I know there were 25 fertilized as of Tuesday but I have no clue if that number has changed since then.

Transfer tomorrow!
That is fantastic!!!!! I'm so excited for you!!!!! I've been eating my pineapple core too  I also heard something about peppermint tea at night and lemon water during the day. Best of luck to you tomorrow, can't wait for your update!!!!! Best of Luck

Honestly, (and I know this advice will sound so cliche) but I think the biggest thing is to relax and stay hopeful as best you can. I got pregnant by doing none of the hokey stuff you hear about (pineapple, warm feet, grape juice, laying on left side, keeping a warm womb, bed resting for x number of days post transfer) ... and then I had cycles where I did all of it and got pregnant then too. I think none of this is in your control and if doing that helps you to THINK that any of this is - then go for it.. .but really, it's out of your hands now. No amount of peppermint tea will get you pregnant, the doctors will .. perhaps your faith will .. .but I wouldn't put too much stock in the other stuff. People will do all that stuff and SWEAR it's what did it for them... and people will done one of it and swear that taking the relaxed approach did the trick.
One thing that was consistent in all my cycles was being under the care of a doctor I trusted and having faith in the process, even if not that cycle. I knew no matter what, there was always a plan b (which is when I turned to surrogacy).. and wouldn't ya know, the universe had other plans after two cancelled surrogate cycles and a last ditch effort at IVF with a new doctor.
Good luck!! Have faith in the process 
ETA: to answer your question, I got a fert report, day 3 update, and then didn't get the final report until I showed up at my transfer on day 5.

I wouldn't be worried. If you are going for your 5dt tomorrow then you should have already received an embryo report a few days ago. If everything looked good, which I assume it did since you are doing a 5 day transfer, I would take no news as good news.
I called before my transfer and they didn't have any new report either but the dr did explain everything to me the day of my transfer and everything went well.

ITA - its out of your hands. i actually remember feeling relieved during the few days between ER and ET. sort of like free for a few days. there was nothing more I personally could do. once those eggs are out and the embies are in - your job is done. short of taking your meds and not drinking hard and doing hardcore drugs, there is very little you can do at this point to effect the outcome. if doing things like pineapple or whatever make you FEEL better, like you have control, then by all means go for it. but in reality, be positive, be hopeful, and most importantly, relax and take care of yourself. there is little left for you to do! good luck!

Thank you so much for all the kind words ladies, it means a lot! I know that most of the theories are just old wive's tales, but at this point I feel like it can't hurt! LOL I am trying to stay as relaxed as possible and I'm feeling pretty positive about the transfer.
We transferred '2 beautiful embryos' this morning, the doctor said she would be comfortable transferring 1 or 2 because the looked great - we opted for 2. They're freezing 15 of them today and keeping an eye on the other 8 to see if they're good enough to freeze. Who knew that after going so long without producing any follicles, I'd end up with so many!
I have to go for bloodwork on the 16th and my beta on the 21st. I'll TRY not to test before then!!

lol. Like everyone says...Who knows if it helps or not, but since everything is really out of our hands, it makes me feel like I'm being a little proactive Hope you are feeling well!!
