Signs of dehydration?
I started feeing some cramping earlier, very minor, somewhat like PMS cramping. I don't think they are contractions, because it doesn't come and go, it just a dull aching. I googled, and keep getting signs of dehydration. Any ideas? Should I be concerned? I am 34w2d.

Drink some water and lay down. If the cramping doesn't go away then maybe call your doctor. Kinda sounds like they might be Braxton Hicks but I could be wrong.

Cramping is definitely a sign of dehydration. Drink lots of water and it should subside.
