OK I *know* I'm a crazy person but...

With everything going on I forgot to ask the doctor if it would be normal to have some cramping after the transvaginal US. I am having some minor cramping now and I had some discomfort during....I've had one on of these done a few years back for a cyst and I think I cramped then, too, but has anyone else had cramping after?

I had cramping in general here and there around 7 weeks but nothng specific to that first ultrasound. Although I was shaking after it just from being overwhelmed with the whole situation lol.

At 13 weeks I'm still getting cramping here and there and some other new feelings but I just attribute it all to the uterus stretching.

I totally understand where you are coming from. Even after seeing LO in the ultrasound I still was nervous all the time. Honestly expect cramping you are at the stage where everything is stretching. I had cramping every week I turned a different week. I don't think it has anything to do with the internal. Thing are going to start to feel weird so try not to worry as long as you don't see any heavy bleeding with cramping you are ok. Good luck and happy and healthy 9 months
