Kennebunkport , ME Places to stay?
There seems to be some house/cottage rentals on vrbo.com but not too many for less then a week. We want to go for 4 nights only in May ( low season)....
Anyone ever stayed at any near by hotels/motels/cottages/Inn's? Must be family friendly, we have 3 kids.
TIA for help.

We have stayed here, many years ago. They have indoor and outdoor pools. It was nice.

Re: Kennebunkport , ME Places to stay?
we stayed at the nonantum. their restaurant was very good and the place was beautiful and very kid friendly. DD was about 8 months old when we went. The breakfast buffet is very good too. That being said, you generally walk the 5-10 minutes into town but at night it was very dark and something just didn't sit right with me walking in the dark into town with a stroller. I also found it a little boring b/c we couldn't do much with a baby (ie- boat rides and such). I think we were there in off season (during hurricane sandy time) which could have made a huge difference. Restaurants were all pretty good but after a few days at the restaurants we were looking for things to do. We went to oligunquit (Spelling?) one day (very close) and decided if we go back we would stay there. Beautiful and there is a beach and the town is larger.
