I go to House of Style on Clintonville, right by St. Luke's. They're a spinoff of the former Studio Z. The colorist just left and I haven't tried out the new one yet, so I can't vouch for that...

I go to Bellaggio on 149th St and 15th Rd. I find them to be more reasonable than the most in the neighborhood.
