One A Day Prenatal Vitamins
Hi everyone,
I am 7 weeks pregnant and have been taking One A Day Prenatal vitamins for about 3 weeks! I just read now that the gel capsule contains fish - anchovy, sardine and mackeral! I am sick since some of these fish are high in mercury and should not be consumed during pregnancy! It doesn't say anywhere on the labels that it is made from purified fish oil and I am panicking!! Anyone take One A Day Prenatal? Is it dangerous?
Any feedback would be appreciated!

I just read this and I found some other info saying the same thing that fish oil does not contain mercury the fish meat does ....found it interesting ....ill continue to take my pills of course but its always good to run things by your ob if they concern u

I took it - both pills and I have a healthy beautiful 4 month old daughter. I think theyre fine. COngrats!
