IUI #3 tomorrow! ****Update*****
So I went for blood and sono today. Two follies. 24 & 17. Hope the 17 grows today. I was hoping to surge Friday so I could get trigger but that's not happening. I was told to come drop off at 720 then IUI around 830 but then a NP would do it so I am opting to wait till 10 to see Dr Stelling. I am sure the NP can do it but if my ins is paying for a dr then I should see a Dr right?!
Question. How long do you ladies lay there after your IUI? Do they come in for you if you wait too long?? Last month DH wasn't with me so I couldn't time it and I feel like I got up too quick. I am going solo again tomorrow. Do I ask them what I should do!? I know this is a lame question so please forgive me! Just hoping this is it!!!
****update*****
Went in this morning. Dropped off DH sample. Went to my cousins to occupy myself. Went back and DH sample was 27.57 million!! With 85% motility!! Couldn't be happier. Found out my left follicle is my lead which is the same side as my chem two months ago. Hoping 3rd times a charm!! He said I don't have to go back to check progesterone since my levels are fine. Thought that was odd. So now I wait 2 weeks and see if that b*tch comes!!

I layed down after for about 15 minutes until they came and told me I was all set.

Fran told us to stay put for 10 to 15 minutes. We timed it on our cell phone.

Good luck. I would definitely wait for the RE. Thats what you are paying for. Will be doing my first IUI this upcoming cycle so I can't answer the how long to stay laying down question.

Thanks everyone. Drop off complete! I am super excited. DH had an easier time this morning and was even in a good mood!!! I hope this is a sign of good things to come!!! I go back at 10 to see Dr Stelling and then the dreadful 2WW begins!!

I have my husband's sample in a cup between my boobs as I type this! LOL. I drop it off at 8:30am and have my IUI when it's ready.
My RE's office only has you lay for 5 mins after IUI. Good luck with your IUI. Hope we both see those BFPs on 3/14!!!

I was surprised... my little follicles caught right up - i had a 24, 22, and 19.5 today. I had not ovulated yet so I go back tomorrow morning for another IUI. My husband's washed count was only 10 million and usually it's higher. Hope that's enough.

Great update La!!!!!! That was an awesome sample! Did he eat anything diff or take supplements? My DH is on fertility blend and GNC mens formula. Hoping it helps!
WantbabyNb2-- Thank you!!! I actually chose to get the trigger. There was a good chance that I was surging today bc my CM was diff but I needed to get the IUI tomorrow bc of work so they triggered me at 10 and IUI in the am. My follies were 19 and 25 so they are pretty happy with the sizes. Just praying they are good quality and with my amh being low, they may not be good enough to implant. Ugh prayers for all of us!!!! We want our babies already!!

Would he give another sample before tomorrow's IUI or do they use today's washed sample?

Yeah, they used the full sample today. Tomorrow he produces another sample. Hope it's as good. Usually the 2nd day is lower b/c there was only 24 hours to regenerate. Last time when i got preg in sept, i know it was over 20 million. But it only takes 1.....
March 14th cannot come soon enough LOL

Wow I am surprised they are having you back for a 2nd IUI with those numbers! Those are great. Our first IUI was only 3 million and we had the choice to come back the next day or BD. we chose the latter
Either way good luck!! I wish I got the trigger yesterday but I declined in the off chance I wasn't surging. Lost that one. Lolol. I don't think it makes a difference though. We shall see!
