Five days in Tampa
Going to a Yankee spring training game in Tampa. We decided to stay five days and do some driving on the west coast, as we have never been, even though I have been to Fla tons of times. I want to split up the trip and stay in Clearwater. Should I switch hotels or are they close enough where I should just stay put in one hotel location?

Five days in Tampa
I would switch and stay on the beach. Love Clearwater Beach. The sand is like flour!

I'd stay in Clearwater Beach but beware of high traffic times to/from the beach, especially if you need to be somewhere. We've stayed with DH's grandparents in Clearwater and it has taken us over an hour to cross the bridge in high traffic times, worse if there is an accident.
