Infant Photography-other questions

I'm looking to price out a couple of photographers, but what should I be asking in terms of how many pictures do they provide, do they provide edited pics on a DVD, do they provide props?...What are some questions I should be asking and what should I be looking for when it comes to the pictures?

I would ask what the typical # of edited/gallery pics are that they provide. If you're pricing getting a CD is it of ALL images or just the edited ones (usually I think it's just what they edit).

Other than the session fee, is there a minimum gallery purchase requirement? (some photographers do this, some don't).

Not sure if location is important to you, but whether they will travel to your home is something to consider and if so, whether they charge a travel fee.

If you just ask for availability and pricing they will usually send you a list of the fees, min purch, if they offer a cd of edited images with pricing, etc. If you want someone to come to you, specify and ask if there is a travel fee. Once they give you the main info just go from there and ask questions. Each photographer will offer something different and a different price point.
