Restaurants in Las Vegas
I really enjoyed Olives at the Bellagio and Tao at the Venetian
For breakfast, I love the buffet at the Wynn.

Mastro's Ocean Club - its actually in a mall on the strip (very upscale mall), but super nice. And even though we went there because we were in the mood for seafood, everyone wound up getting beef and it was phenominal!

Re: Restaurants in Las Vegas
I know I'm a huge Toby Keith fan so it's going to sound like I'm saying this only because I adore him but his restaurant was actually really good - it's like Margaritaville meets Texas or Oklahoma BBQ.
I would suggest it for lunch or a casual dinner - it's called "I love this Bar...and Grill" lol after his song "I love this Bar" - It is in Harrah's and they play his music, they have all his songs that he wrote on the walls, like original lyrics written on napkins by him, framed and hung up.
The entire menu was designed by Toby - all of his southern favorites like flash-fried french fries which are to die for. He has wings, ribs, burgers - they are all fantastic because his sauce and marinades are truly southern and delicious. He even has his favorite: fried bologna sandwich I didn't have that but we indulged and tried the fried Twinkie!!! LOL!! That's his fave dessert!
You drink out of mason jars just like the song says and everything - his mixed drinks are really good and if you want southern, BBQ, tex-mex, or anything in that area you just can't beat it.
At night they have live music, it is a fun place to be if you like country.

We love Delmonico Steak House at the Venetian.
Grand Lux Cafe at the Venetioan is a great breakfast place. They have a buffet or you can order of the menu. We go for the buffet : it's really fresh and delicious!
