Nervous please read

I got my BFP on 2/20 went to doctor that afternoon hcg was 61 went back on Friday and hcg was 158.

I'm 5 weeks today (going by last AF) and on Friday was 14 dpo (I use an OPK)

My doc said these are great numbers. I had another hcg test this morning

She moved sono up to next week said she doesn't except to see much but the sac. Also wants me to keep my appt on the 18th for sono

Is all this good!??? I'm soo freeking nervous and can't relax and am a train wreck right now

If you are 5 weeks today you should definitely see something next week. At 6W3 day we saw the baby's hearbeat. My first visit to the doc was at 5 weeks and I thought I was 6 weeks so I couldn't see anything only the yolk sac. Hopefully you really are 5 weeks this week so you can definitely see something next week good luck

sounds normal to me! only thing I can think is don't freak if you don't see anything next week. . I know people usually count says since LMP which might make you 5 weeks but it sounds like you had a later O date than the average two weeks so I would only count the two weeks prior to O plus days past O to get a more accurate date in terms of seeing things. . so probably more like 4 weeks on Friday. . either way numbers sound great and congrats! and to be clear you DEF still could see something but don't freak if you don't see much!
