Update--Labor pains? Btdt ladies help
I ended up going to the Dr & you girls were right.. It was back labor. I'm not dilated but Dr said the baby is very low.
She said I'm going to be very uncomfortable this week.
I go back Thur so hopefully we will have some progress then.
Thank you ladies!!
I'm 6 days away From my DD and have had the worst back pain for the last few hours. Last night & this morning when I wiped it was a little brown.
My back is killing me to the point where it woke me up.
Is this a sign of labor? I have no cramping or anything.
What do I do?

I felt like that for about 3 days before I went into labor. Could be something - could just be that the baby changed positions and it's putting pressure on your back.
I would say if you like it might be something, call the doctor when they open. Everyone says you'll know when it's labor, but sometimes you don't - I didn't.

That's the little brown that you lost! Mine from my first dd was not mucusy at first it was brown spotting then gradually increased and was more mucous. labor started 24 hours later.

its def getting darker now..
back pain almost feels like contractions on my back..nothing on my stomach..

It sounds like you could be having back labor, which I've had several times. My contractions presented themselves as severe back pain, so start timing every time your back hurts. Also, being on your hands and knees helps alleviate the pain and can help rotate the baby so they won't be in the positin to cause back labor, because trust me, it's a b*tch! Good luck!

I agree. I had the same thing - back labor was rough! Walking helped me a lot too. You can time those contractions the same as ones in the front. Good luck!

ok so i just called & waiting for the Dr to call back..
not to be gross but I went to the bathroom #2 like i have never gone before in my whole pregnancy..

That sounds like back labor. Well the start of it. You will know for sure when you are in labor. Its not like the movies. Hang in there!! You will see your LO soon!
