Ouch
Last night felt like baby was moving kind of turning. I'm 31w. Woke up this morning with my butt, hip and thigh killing me. Google says she's probably getting into position and my sciatic is being pinched. Counting the hours till I see my chiropractor tomorrow night. Any advice on how to feel better.

Ouch
Do stretches and squats. YouTube stretches for sciatica. Helped so much.
The baby probably went head down. My dr said it would really hurt when it happens especially later on and they are bigger.

I am 33wks pregnant and I have been dealing with sciatic pain for two weeks now. Nothing is helping. I have an expectant mommy's massage this coming week. I hope it helps. I hope you get some relief soon.

Went for a massage today and sorry to say it did nothing since they don't go near the butt area where my pain in. Just had dh rub my butt, did some stretches and hope the chiro can give me relief tomorrow.
