I'm soooo congested I have been using saline spray but have to stop because now I'm getting nose bleeds. Between the coughing and nose blowing my belly is sore and LO must feel like they are on a roller coaster ride. I don't know what else to take benedryl isn't working eith plus my dr office isn't open to call and I don't think this is an emergency right? Ahhhhhh

Me too :( I feel your pain
Try boiling a pot of water with euctalyptus oil. That always helps with congestion for me - and it's safe. Now if that would work on my glands... I be in the money

My sheet says I'm allowed to take regular Sudafed. also regular Mucinex. nothing dm

My doctor's office told me Zyrtec was okay - and it's been a life saver. It still isn't amazing but without it I can not breathe or function.

The breathing thing is annoying but I must also have a drip which is irritating my throat! I can't swallow :(

EXACTLY this!!!! It has def helped dry me up. Sometimes I'll feel a little stuffed and blow my nose but it's not even close to how bad it was before I started taking the Zyrtec.
