another driveway question

i have a corner house and as of now, my driveway cuts through the side of my house into my backyard.

i use my front door and would like the driveway in the front. plus i plan on putting a new fence with no gate to the side/back.

1, how do i apply for a permit?

2, how long before do i apply, and how long does the permit last for? (im not sure when ill get the driveway done)

3, this will require a new apron, so is there a different permit for that?

Not sure what town you are in... but when we did out apron and sidewalk we had to go to the town of oyster bay to get the 2 permits. Was really easy, they were $100 each!

another driveway question

My MILs house is similar. The driveway was relocated from the back of the house to the front. The previous owner did it. She is located in a village so the permits came from the village. She is also TOH like you.
