starting meats?
DD is 8 months and I was told to start proteins.
I want to make it myself . How do you cook the red meats? any recipes? do you add sauces or spices? any info would be helpful

I just fed my DD whatever we were eating. I didn't prepare the meats special for her. We started at 6 months and she ate shredded chicken, meatloaf, meatballs, etc. Anything soft.

Nope. Just gave her small, soft bites. She wouldn't touch any puréed meats.
FYI - She had NO teeth until she was 1 and she did fine with table foods.
