Pregnancy Brain Struck This Morning!
I forgot to take my laptop to work this morning! Seriously?! Luckily, the supervisor and team were great sports about it and had a good laugh. I'm only working 30 minutes from home so I was able to come home and will be working the rest of the day from here.
I'm only 17 weeks so I can imagine what's to come!

True but there are way too many distractions at home and I have so much stuff to get done!

It does just keep getting worse! I can't remember simple words or mess up sentences. I can feel myself getting dumber! This kid is going to be a genius if he's taking all my brains!

Re: Pregnancy Brain Struck This Morning!
Oh that's funny! If it makes you feel any better, I tried to get in the wrong car It was the same make, model, and color but this car had tinted windows and a spoiler and mine doesn't! Scary how history repeats: the classic family story is that of my mom, pregnant with my sister, getting into the wrong VW Bug, putting the KEY in to start it, and then the car not starting, the key getting STUCK, and her going to get my dad to say that the "piece of junk broke down". It wasn't even the same color Bug - it was blue and hers was yellow or vice-versa, I forget. She was able to get in because back then no one locked their doors and the actual key went in but wouldn't turn! All of this and she didn't realize until my dad went outside to look at the car and approached her ACTUAL car instead of the other one. When I did the modern-day version of this I just started laughing because it's like history repeating, so crazy.
