please share pics of your stair runners!
We are starting to look into getting a stair runner and I need some inspiration! Also, how much did you spend?

I don't have pictures (we havent done it yet) but were quoted between $2200 and $2600 for 12 stairs, small landing and a 13 foot hallway. It depends on carpet you pick too!

Pat's Carpet in Bay Shore. We paid less than $300 for our runner (maybe $250). We have 12 steps.
This is not the actual runner, but it's pretty close!

I paid a little over $1k for runner and installation - I think the runner was $750 and the installation around $200 and then there was tax.

I used Pat's in Bayshore too. I can't remember the exact price but it was under $400. I have 12 steps. They installed it, the carpet has held up great and their customer service was great. Don't have a picture of the runner, but there were not many options-which was good for me! I have a hard time making decisions on things like this, so the less choices the better!

They installed it. We looked at the stuff on a Sunday and it was installed by Wednesday. We looked at the less expensive runners. The one my parents got from Pat's was $600 or so, but it's wool. I think mine is polyester. Still, it is beautiful and I love it. My dad always says that my runner looks like his and he's mad my mom has expensive taste and got the nicer one! The runner I got was in the storage area, not in the main warehouse. Make sure to look there to save some money! We got the runner, the landing (in a different carpet -- solid brown) and the baby's room carpeted for $900 total!
