17 weeks preggo with #2 and why do I feel so dizzy and weak??

I feel so light headed all the time. I still feel nauseous. I feel like I can't breathe Everything I do takes a ton of effort.

I have million things to do. I have a job, a 2 year old and a house to maintain (as we all do).

I feel like I can't do a thing! I did not feel like this with my first until the very end.

Why do I feel like this so early???

Is there anything to stop the dizziness?

Are you eating and drinking enough? I felt the same way and it wasn't until I scored crazy crazy low on my glucose test that I realized it was from not eating enough. I found it so much harder to make sure I was taking care of myself when I was pregnant with number 2 because your busy taking care of your toddler.

This happened to me too. You are running after your LO and its tiring! Make sure you eat and drink. I always forget until I get that feeling.

I feel like this too often. Going to store I get winded and sometimes I think I might actually pass out.. I have asthma but this is way worse than its ever been.

Maybe I'll ask to get my iron checked too. I think they checked it during my first labs and it was normal...

I'm only at 11 weeks w/ #2 and am so damn beat all the time. I wake up and go to the bathroom, and am ready to go back to bed. Love my DD...she's the best...but it is a killer being preggo the second time. Def more difficult than w/ #1. I wonder the same...if it's a boy that's making this change.

Im almost 19 weeks and I feel the same way as you do. I am always dizzy and light headed, especially when standing for a long time. DD is 15 months and its hard. I also work full time in a very stressful job (I dont know if I even want to continue in this career anymore, cant handle the stress) I am always tired! Sometimes I feel like a bad mom, I feel bad for DD...but being pregnant with #2 is soooo much harder this time around!...and btw Im having another girl

Please make sure you are drinking enough water. I was told at least 64 oz per day. I wound up in urgent care a few weeks ago due to extreme dehydration (even though I was drinking water all day, apparently it wasn't enough). I felt weak, lightheaded, nauseous and my heart was racing. I am usually up 2-3 times a night to pee and the night before I saw the doctor I drank a whole bottle of water during the night and did not have to pee once. That's how I knew there was a problem.
