gender reveal questions

For those of you who have done a gender reveal, who did you invite, were they mostly family/friends, and where did you have it?

DH and I want to do a gender reveal at our house but both DH and I have large families and apparently everyone wants to be there so we are worried about having enough room!

We were going to do a larger party, parents, sisters, some friends, aunts, uncles, cousins but it was WAY too many people. We ended up just doing parents and sisters over for a brunch. We videotaped the sonogram (that my older sister gave us) and showed the video on the TV in the living room for everyone to watch. After the families left we text/called everyone else. It was a lot less stress and more personal with our parents and sisters.

We kept it small, parents, DH's grandma and closest friends. We Skyped the cake cutting reveal with my family in California and best friend in PA. It was fun, enjoy!!
