Had my prenatal massage today at St Tropez Port Jefferson

So i was supposed to have my massage last week but due to the storm it got cancelled and then rescheduled for today at 2pm! Well I'm on my way to the spa so happy can't wait for this and I get a phone call at 1:20pm hi this is the spa calling you missed your appt for 1pm today! I'm like no that was for last week but it got cancelled due to the storm and rescheduled for today at 2pm last week was 1pm. She say well you can come but we can only give you a massage for up to 2pm since we have other clients coming in at 2pm. So my 50 min massage turned into a quick 30 massage had to change in the massage room not even in the locker room! The front staff was so rude calling me the wrong name I finally told them when I was leaving that you are calling me the wrong name and messed up who you called then she looked at me like a dear in head light and goes on no no no I have the right person and then read my name off the computer screen!! I've gone there in the pasts and always loved it!! I guess they have changed! I will never go back or recommend them!!! I left in tears and went in with anger not really a great way to be relaxed for a spa!!! I did have my husband send them an email explaining every thing!!

I've heard good things about that place, but the one time I did go there the massage girl talked the WHOLE TIME and it was not relaxing at all. I would never go back because of that.
