Charlotte!
We are going to Charlotte next week. I got some great ideas to do things with the kids in the area - but is there anything to do in the actual city to get a "feel" for it. A lot of people have recommended Matthews & Indian Trail as neighborhoods to live. Do they a have a main area to walk around?

They have uptown Charlotte the Discovery place for the kids. There is alot to do in charlotte.

Charlotte!
I would not walk around indian trail...it is just a lot of subdivisions.
downtown matthews is cute, but small.
waxhaw has a main street that is nice
walk around dilworth. that is a real neighborhood feel. there is a huge park in center.
take kids to imaginon uptown. it is free.
