This is really helpful, but I also think it's important to ask your own OB before taking anything. For example, this site lists Claritin and Hydrocortisone. I was told not to take both, and instead to use Zyrtec and Benadryl cream if needed.
I think there are such differing views on what is 'safe' so it's always a good idea to check with your doctor for your specific case!

This is why I said (according to Baby Center) Some OB's don't even like Tums....
