Recommend your OB and High Risk OB that is in the NSLIJ IPA
I am not pregnant, but I am long overdue for an annual checkup and while i ABSOLUTELY love my OB (Dolisi) he is not part of the NSLIJ IPA and I currently work for LIJ and have insurance through my job so it makes more sense for me to u se an IPA dr bc everything would be 100% covered.
I was high risk with my first pregnancy and I am just trying to plan for if and when I get pregnant in the future.
I used Madonna Perinatal last time and I am pretty sure Dr. Goldstein is in the IPA.
But I would love recommendations for both OB and high risk.
Thank you.

Dr. Marti Gilbert (works at Victor Klein's practice). So far I have just seen her but I will see all of the doctors there - that's how they do it. I have an extremely complicated medical history that makes any pregnancy I have high risk and she made me feel so comfortable and confident. The office staff have all been great too!

Dr. Trongone is in the IPA and he delivers at NSUH. I have no idea if he is a high risk OB.

Not sure, but there are several OB's in the practice, so I would assume one of them is. Experience has been great! Wait time is not that bad and they are very responsive to questions and concerns.
I had to go to L&D a few weeks ago after a accident and the staff at Katz were great as well!!

Re: Recommend your OB and High Risk OB that is in the NSLIJ IPA
I am pretty sure Dr Eysler is part of that. My sister is the same insurance and she sees him as well. He is amazing! He is high risk, and just has great bedside manner, his office is so friendly and nice, I never have problems getting an appt, just Wednesday nights are really crazy because he's there until like 9pm.
His office is in plainview but like the border of hicksville and plainview. He delivers at north shore plainview and Winthrop, he may also at nsuh, I have to ask him.
But really he is so caring and kind and I am a big ball of anxiety and he calms me down. Even my husband raves about him, which is weird in itself, but he's just a great dr!

I will probably use Dr Victor Klein as well. I am high risk due to fetal demise and clotting issues. My RE recommends him. Haven't met him yet but people on these boards like him.
