For cooking gas. For baking electric. I've been baking with gas for the past 5 years and actually stopped because I couldn't get consistent temps. Now I have electric and made absolutely perfect cheesecakes this Christmas. My dream kitchen would have a gas cooktop and double electric wall oven.
