I feel like Im getting jaw pain and I read somewhere that some people get TMJ with pregnancy.. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing that but its been painful some days rather than others :(

i'm 15 weeks pregnant and the last few weeks my teeth have been a mess! my gums are inflamed and hurting and i have bad jaw pain. i went to the dentist the other night and he fitted me for a night guard to hopefully help! feel better.

I have tmj but had it before pregnancy. Try not to chew gum or anything too chewy. Night guards don't work for me even expensive one cause I spit them out and usually toss them across the room

This is so interesting. I have Thad MJ issues in the past, but never anything major or ever really any discomfort, just clicking of my jaw. However, for the last couple of weeks I have been feeling such jaw discomfort. Sometimes I feel pain in my jaw and I've also been feeling like my bite is off somehow, like my top and bottom teeth don't line up correctly. I had no idea it could be preg related.

Yes!! Same here! I woke up with jaw pain on my left side this morning....felt like someone punched me
