PP prolapsed bladder....please give me some info
So I think I have a prolapsed bladder. Were you able to fix the situation and if so, what did you do? I have read that kegels help (and some websites say they make the situation worse) but there are also websites that say good posture and exercises to maintain your lumbar curve help. I've also read to avoid abdominal exercises (crunches, planks, etc.) which is what I would like to be doing after having a baby.

Have you seen a urologist? If you feel you have a prolapsed bladder, I'd go see one ASAP.
I've been seeing an excellent urologist since I had DD, because I have been dealing with pelvic floor spasms. I live very far East, but if you want the name of my urologist I'd be happy to share.
I'd certainly get checked out ASAP.

no I didn't even think of that. What does the urologist do when you see them?

Toby handler in garden city is a urologist I have seen and some friends of mine too. Please see a specialist for this
