Routine for naps?
Do you have a routine for naps? (Such as rocking etc) What age did you start and how long did it take DC to get used to the new routine ?
I'm trying to stop the bad habit we've been allowing of napping while held (usually by grandparents) and start consistently napping in the crib. It's been 3 days of 15 min naps bc, although hes exhausted he wakes up and screams as soon as he's put down. He does great at bedtime though.
Just wondering how long this is going to last....

Routine for naps?
We started a routine at 4 months. I am a WAHM so It was fairly easy to keep to the schedule. We followed EASY and it worked great. At 13 months DS still naps 2x a day for 2 1/2-3 hours each. I just look for signs after we play for a while. I can also take my DS out of his routine any day and he seems fine.
