San Angel Inn or La Hacienda?

So we have decided that Mexican is it for dinner in Epcot. Which would you choose for 5 women? Are they any good to see fireworks from?

San Angel Inn or La Hacienda?

I heard San Angel Inn's food was amazing. And if you are a margarita drinker, I heard to try the pineapple margarita.

Well I prefer the atmosphere at san angel inn. I like the feeling of the outdoor market with the boats floating by.

I haven't tried La Hacienda but friends of mine have. They prefer san angel. I have read mixed reviews of La Hacienda as well. But having said that. I believe you can see the fireworks from la hacienda since it is on the water. You cannot do that from san angel. I recommend going to allearsnet or disney's site and checking out the photos and menus and see if you all prefer the food at one over the other.

I have eaten at chefs, bistro (just renamed), and rose and crown during the fireworks in the past. You might be better to eat early, grab some drinks and find a spot to watch instead. You might not get a table where you can see the fireworks so if it is important to see them that is something to consider.

I agree about it being good but it is indoors so you can't see the fireworks from the restaurant.

You can't see the fireworks from San Angel Inn BUT we weren't fans of the food at La Hacienda.

I would eat at San Angel Inn and see the fireworks somewhere else.

Re: San Angel Inn or La Hacienda?

Can you see the fireworks from outside San Angel? I have a choice of either 5:30 reservations, which obviously means we would be long done with dinner and go elsewhere for fireworks, or 7:15 and we would probably finish up right before fireworks. We may not have time to rush to a better viewing spot.

Honestly take the 530. We have had to wait a while for the table there before. 730 if you have a long wait might mean you have to rush. With a 530 you should be sat between 545 and 615 depending on the time of year. You can relax and have fun with your meal. Then if you are very early you can walk around world showcase and have some drinks.

They build la hacienda across from the pavillion you can see it from not too far but last minute might be crowded and might be harder to find a spot than if you are out early and can stroll around and just relax with being rushed.

There is certainly enough to keep you busy in world showcase.

I would do the 5:30 so you can enjoy dinner and have time to walk around and not feel rushed.
