does the Con Ed bill cover gas and electricity? then DEP for water?

Yes, it covers both. And DEP is the water bill

National Grid is for my gas and Con Ed is for my electric. I get 2 seperate bills.

I am in Queens and I get one bill from ConEd for gas and electric. The DEP is a quarterly bill for water and sewer.
