another car seat question

My hubby has a truck and I have a sedan.. We want to register for the Britax once the baby is a lil bigger but I heard that the Advocate is really good for SUV's trucks.. So Do I register for the Avocate for his car and then maybe the boulevard or marathon for mine? or just do the same for each car?

We registered for The Marathon and never received it.

When the time came for us to buy them I started researching seats again since we needed 3. I found there are plenty of great seats that are not $300+.

The britax seats are HUGE. We have a truck and a sedan and both would have had to have the front seat moved up.

I sugest going to BBB or BRU and test them in your vehicles. We bought 2 different seats (Graco and Evenflo) and even the Garaco was too big. We ended up with 3 Evenflo. They were a BRU special pattern and we got them for 149 during a sale when the same seat in their everyday other store patterns were over $200.

Def shop around and test out the seats in the cars. You still want to be able to use the cars and be comfy in them. I know people who cannot put an adult in the front seat because the seat is all the way forward. To me that is crazy.
