I do, I take Acidopholis and drink Kefir every morning....I've always had issues with my digestion so this helps!!

yes, I take 1 every night my OB is fine with it. I take Klaire Labs probiotics for women, my nutritionist had told me it's good for reproductive health too (when we were TTC).
