Do you wait to call the insurance company til you get home to tell them the baby was born or do our husbands do it when we are still in the hospital?

you have upto 30 days.usually they need a birth certificate which u get a weekortwo after coming home

Mine told me I had to call within 48hrs that's dh's job and them we have 30 days to add her via paperwork.
