Anthro in RF
I was at the mall tonight and Anthropologie was closed. Does anyone know if they are closed for good? I would be so sad!!!

Yes I was there a couple weeks ago and I noticed it. I don't go there often be its a hike. They also have a BCBG now too.

My friend said its closed BC in 2014 they will have a Nieman Marcus over there in that area ? Anyone hear that?

OMG. NO!!! That was my go-to place for everything. The one in Walt Whitman has a much less shopper-friendly layout and the sale room is smaller.

Anthropologie We hear you! On a happy note, though, we have two other Long Island locations—one at Walt Whitman Shops in Huntington Station and one at 9 Northern Boulevard in Greenvale. Hopefully they're not too far and you can still pop by for visits!
I know...will they reopen once Neimans opens? Walt Whitman Mall is too far. Thanks!
Anthropologie Never say never, of course, but at this time, we don't have any reopening plans to share.

Yes i did hear about the neiman marcus, its going to be new construction and will be complete by 2015. There is going to be alot of work going on at the mall
In March 2012, it was announced that a new 100,000-square-foot building anchored by luxury department store Neiman Marcus will be added to Roosevelt Field. Estimated to be completed in 2015, this expansion will create room for even more shops leading up to the luxury department store, and will also be accompanied by a new parking structure, according to the mall's owner and developer, Simon Property Group.
This expansion will also feature construction of a new food pavilion with enhanced dining options and outdoor seating that will replace the existing food court[citation needed]. New restaurants including Havana Central, Skinny Pizza, The Capital Grille, and Seasons 52 have since opened as part of the renovation.

Wow, I am really upset about this. I like the RF one better than Walt Whitman. RF has all my favorite stores, but I guess minus Anthro now.
