Anyone with high bp?

Just wondering if you have been taking anything during pregnancy, if so have you been taking it throughout the entire pregnancy or did you start at a certain point, and what are you taking?

I have high BP...I've had it for a few years, so I have been on medication. I take metropolol 2x per day. Right now I am on a low dosage, but my BP is borderline so I might need to go up.

I never had high bp to start with but in my 2nd tri it went up to what they considered borderline...liek 140/80.
They checked my urine for protein etc- but nothing.
It was just the elevated BP
Dr put me on Aldomet- which is safe during pregnancy.
I took it the rest of the pregnancy.
the minute I delivered my BP went down to normal and stayed down with no more meds.
It was just pregnancy induced hypertension I guess

I took Labetalol my entire pregnancy (I had PIH). I started at 100 mg 3x a day and by the time I delivered I was taking 400 mg 3x a day. Almost 1 year later and my BP is still high and my cardiologist still has me on the Labetalol since I am still breast feeding.
