Rates just went up a couple of days ago but we are in process of refi with bethpage at 3.75 which i believe is their rate for purchases also.

For those who closed recently?
Closed at end of August with a broker (Justin Schiatta -- pleasure to work with) at I *think* 3.5%. Anyway, it was better than most banks were offering us at the time and it was a lot easier to get.
