REALLY? BRU, REALLY?
My mom bought my a gift yesterday nad they had a promotion to get a free diaper bag if you spend so much, well they were "out of stock" so today I get an email saying it's back in stock but the promotion is over.....what a line of crap!!! They just didn't want to give anymore away!! What a crock!

They should have given your mom a rain check for the free diaper bag. OR, have your mom bring the receipt in and claim her diaper bag today.

When I say my mom bought it, I bought it online for my mom to give for me....she is computer illiterate and live in AK, so I do all of her online shopping for her....even when it's for me...but anyway, I emailed them but I'm sure they will say they can't help me!! What crap!!!

Funny thing is I registered at BBB and BRU, but only did BRU because there is no BBB in Oregon or Alaska and my mom doesn't do computers, but since I got it for her, I guess it wasn't necessary!!! oh well!! i will say the experience of registering at BB was WAY better than at BRU....

You are better off calling and asking for a supervisor. Make sure you say how upset you are about this and its not good for pregos to get upset!

I had the same problem yesterday. I pre-ordered the Graco Modes Travel System and I was "suppose" to get the free diaper bag but they were sold out. The "fine print" did say while supplies last so I'm sure they won't honor anything after the fact. They stink that way.

Gotcha. I like them too actually. I almost bought it that way but the Antiquity worked for me too. Enjoy the stroller!!!.........can't wait to get mine.

I heard back from them, because I took the other offer of a free thermometer I do not qualify for the free diaper bag!! What crap!!! I only took the thermometer because I couldn't get the diaper bag...oh well! Life goes on!
