Cold and acid reflux
My DD has a cold along with a bad cough, runny nose and a hoarse voice. She had a fever of 103 last Friday and Saturday as well. Her acid reflux seems to have flared up considerably and is throwing up quite a bit more than normal. Would a cold aggravate her acid reflux? She has always had issues with her weight/weight gain and this is only making things worse since she has been losing weight since she has been ill. I'm also not sure if this is a cold or croup since would a cold cause her to lose her voice? It makes me so sad and helpless to see her suffer.

Colds definitely aggrevate reflux. The post nasal drip is most likely the cause. Anytime my dd got sick her reflux flared.
