Re: Over-eating?

You were tiny when you started so you are supposed to gain more weight. Try eating smaller but more frequent meals.

Over-eating?

Im a snacker .. I love food before pregnant. I try to keep some what health-"er" snacks in pantry. Hummus and celery are my go too snack cant get enough. Wheat thins, almonds, prunes, apples and peanut butter, Wheat 80calorie cinnamon bread..ect ect..and for dinner I pile on the salad on my plate with veggies. Also exercise it helps a lot and drinking a lot of water..good luck and dont worry so much..moderation is key!!

I am right there with you! My pre-pregnancy weight was 104. At 9w5d I was 111. I am afraid I am going to get yelled at if I keep this up!
I also have really bad indigestion and all I want is pasta and carbs. For the past two weeks I have been making a conscious effort to eat more fruits and vegetables.
Tonight I had ranch dressing with a side of celery sticks!! Chat Icon

It might slow down. I gained a few in the begining then not as much then started gaining again.

Re: Over-eating?

awww well first trimester is really hard to control it because of cravings or morning sickness and only certain foods are appealing lol but honestly maybe you can start by eating balanced meal. Like a big breakfast medium lunch and small dinner you can have a snack in between lunch and dinner!!...and don't forget to drink lots of waterrrr
