Eat your breakfast and drink your water!!!!
Just a reminder to all the pregnant ladies to eat something in the morning and drink your water!!! Yesterday I left the house without eating, brought DS to the supermarket to do some shopping and about 3 isles in, started to feel lightheaded. I literally stripped down to a tank top and was fanning myself with the circular and had to get my 4 yr old DS get me something to drink (I was 3 ft away from him). I take it I didn't look right bc it was 15 degrees outside and I'm in a tank top-male shopper asked if I was ok, and after I said yes, he must have gone and found the manager. The manager and the head bookkeeper came over to me, asked me if I was ok and I obviously didn't look well. They took me, DS and my cart over to a bench, had me open the pretzels in my cart and a drink. After about 5 minutes of just sitting, and eating, I felt much better. They kept checking up on me throughout the rest of my shopping, even the male shopper. After eating I was 100% again.
So thank you to the manager, bookkeeper and stranger for noticing something was wrong. I was doing my best to just not pass out and wasn't thinking clearly enough to ask for help.

how scary - glad you're ok. I skipped breakfast once and almost passed out myself. It's good to hear there are still good people out there!!

I'm glad people stepped up to help you. I still remember when I was a kid, my mom was having a diabetic attack, (low blood sugar) and couldn't ask for help, walked up to a food place and they handed her food without asking....saved her life!!! I'm so glad their are decent people in this world!!!

That is scary...that was nice of them to help you. I find myself doing the same thing, I am so preoccupied with my 3 year old DS I forget to eat....one day I went out at lunch time to run errands and I did not eat first..I was at the mall and wanted Starbucks so I went in there quick before getting lunch and I was waiting for my drink order...all of a sudden same as you I felt hot, I had to lean up against the wall and I was seeing black spots in front of my eyes...I sat down drank some water and then went immediately to get lunch at the food court...I was like dummy you can't do that to yourself!

yeah, happened to my friend too except she actually passed out in the middle of the store!!! Great reminder and glad to hear all is ok

Glad you are okay and had good people around to help.
I had a similiar experience at Bed Bath and Beyond. Very scary to go through when you have your little ones with you.
.......and FINALLY! someone who had a dizzy spell and actually had a need to eat in a supermarket before paying for their goods. You better remind everyone here of this story during the next LIF eating-in-a-supermarket debate!

I'm happy to hear you are OK!! The good thing is you weren't on the street when you felt that way....very scary....You were so lucky to have those nice people to help you!
